Sitting high at the waist, the skirt is shaped closely through the upper hip before opening into a dropped gathered seam, releasing into a dramatically full, floor-length skirt. The gathered construction creates generous volume through the lower body, allowing the lightweight fabric to fall in soft folds and move fluidly around the wearer. Across the sheer white ground, the Voided Hut print appears in bold, hand-drawn circular motifs, with variations in opacity giving each mark a softened, almost painted quality. The transparency of the fabric allows the motifs to overlap visually as the skirt folds and moves, creating shifting layers of black, grey and white. The contrast between the controlled upper section and expansive lower volume balances structure with lightness, transforming a familiar maxi silhouette through scale, transparency and movement.
