FORCE MAJEURE

• RICH MNISI is not and will not be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in performing any obligation in the event and to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of RICH MNISI, including but not limited to labour disruptions or disturbances, stay-aways or strikes (whether legal, illegal or in sympathy), court orders, war (declared or not), revolution, riot, civil unrest or commotion, mob violence, boycott, fire, explosion, theft, sabotage, storm, flood, rain, lightning, or any other adverse weather condition, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, accident or acts or restraints of government imposition, shortages of materials or services. In the event of the occurrence of any of the events referred to above, RICH MNISI will give timeous notice of the occurrence of such event and will use all reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect of such an event in the performance of any or all of its obligations, including but not limited to delivery.

Prices:

• RICH MNISI reserves the right to change, limit or terminate any special offers or discounts at any time.

Methods of Payment:

• Currently, RICH MNISI offers PayPal, Visa, Mastercard & PayFast Instant EFTas methods of payment.

Return Policy:

• RICH MNISI has a 30 day returns policy for all items purchased at RICH MNISI except for items purchased on sale or if a coupon was redeemed during the purchase.
• The 30 day count starts from the date of purchase in store or from the date of delivery for online purchases.
• Items will only be accepted for returns if they are in the same condition from the day of purchase. (I.e: have not been worn, have all tags attached & in the same packaging), a valid receipt will also need to be presented.
• Please note that face masks, filters, underwear, socks, and books cannot be returned – all purchases are final.
• If you have purchased an item from our online store, please email sales@richmnisi.com to arrange return. Please note the courier fee will be for your account.
• RICH MNISI reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.

Exchanges Policy:

• RICH MNISI has a 30 day exchanges policy for all items purchased at RICH MNISI except for items purchased on sale or if a coupon was redeemed during the purchase.
• For items purchased on sale or if a coupon was redeemed during the purchase RICH MNISI offers a 7 day exchanges policy from the date of purchase in store or from the date of delivery for online purchases.
• Items will only be accepted for exchange if they are in the same condition from the day of purchase. (I.e: have not been worn, have all tags attached & in the same packaging), a valid receipt will also need to be presented.
• Please note that ace masks, filters, underwear, socks, and books cannot be exchanged – all purchases are final.

Sale Items:

• Please note that all purchases of items bought on sale, competitions or with a coupon are final – no returns will be accepted.
• For items purchased on sale or with a coupon (excluding competition items); RICH MNISI offers a 7 day exchanges policy from the date of purchase in store or from the date of delivery for online purchases.

Shipping for online orders:

• Churchills International Express handle all South Africa shipping and DHL for all our international shipping.
• Please contact RICH MNISI directly if you would like to place an order but your physical address does not fall into our shipping scope.
• Shipping of orders will only take place on receipt of proof of payment.
• If proof of payment is not received RICH MNISI will waiting until funds are visible in their account before shipment is made.
• If applicable, shipping cost is payable by the customer
